We undertake Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) during which we employ our technically trained employees at the plant to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the plants as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
We analyze and solve any problem related to water and waste water treatment.
We undertake revamping of Water and Waste Water Treatment Systems like RO Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) etc. during which the existing plants are examined and redesigned in order to enhance their efficiency.
We undertake retrofitting of Water and Waste Water Treatment Systems like RO Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) etc. during which the existing plants are examined and new features and technologies are added to enhance their efficiency and operation.
An Activated Sludge Process is a biological treatment process in which highly concentrated microorganisms are used to degrade organics and remove nutrients from waste water. This multi-chamber unit consists of an Aeration tank where air is injected and a Settling tank where the biological flocs are allowed to settle thereby separating the biological sludge from the treated water. The Activated Sludge Systems can treat black water, grey water, faecal sludge and industrial waste water if the pollutants to be treated are biodegradable.
Extended Aeration is a modified activated sludge process in which the raw sewage goes straight to the aeration tank for treatment where all the solids are digested by aerobic bacteria. Since the sewage is aerated for a minimum of 24 hours, there is enough time for almost all the solids to be digested completely. EA is particularly suited to plants that have a low concentration of settleable solids in the raw sewage.
SBR is a varied configuration of the activated sludge systems in which the treatment process takes place in batches. The different treatment conditions are achieved in the same reactor but at different times. The process involves five stages namely Fill, React, Settle, Decant and Idle. The SBR treated effluent can be discharged to surface water or land.
MBBR is a combination of activated sludge process (suspended growth) and biofilter process (attached growth). The process uses the whole tank volume for biomass growth. It uses simple floating media which are carriers for attached growth of biofilms. Biofilm carrier movement is caused by the agitation of air bubbles. This compact treatment system is effective in removal of BOD as well as nitrogen and phosphorus while facilitating effective solids separation.
MBR is the combination of a membrane process (micro filtration or ultra filtration) with a biological wastewater treatment process (activated sludge process). In MBR, the membrane is employed as a discrete tertiary treatment step with no return of the active biomass to the biological process. It is widely used in the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater.
FBR is a type of reactor device in which multiphase chemical reactions are carried out. In this reactor, fluidization takes place during which a fluid (gas or liquid) is passed through a solid granular material (usually a catalyst possibly shaped as tiny spheres) at high enough velocities to suspend the solid causing it to behave like a fluid. FBR is the most economical treatment choice in industries involving a broad range of influent flow rates and contaminant concentration levels.
We supply all Spares, Accessories, Materials, Equipments, Consumables and Chemicals allied to Water and Waste Water Treatment Systems like RO Plants, Water Softeners, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) etc.
We provide prompt after sales support as we believe it to be an essential part of reliable and consistent service to our clients.
